In this policy we refer to «We» as the owners of the following brands developed by the company: MOBTI, AmdroidPlay, AMDROID, AmdroidLabs, AppMobti. Our business is constantly evolving, so this document may change in the future. Please revisit this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of the latest version.
This policy applies to all our games, applications developed on Android, IOS and Windows Phone, whether you play them from a mobile device, PC or on any other platform, such as Facebook. It also applies to our advertising activities on all platforms, and to other services we may offer you from time to time. In this policy we refer to our games, websites, applications, advertising activities and other services collectively as our «Services».
By downloading, accessing or playing our games, or interacting with our websites or other Services, you agree to your information being used in accordance with this privacy policy. If you are concerned about providing us with information or having it used in any of the ways permitted by this privacy policy, you should refrain from using our games and other Services.

We collect information from various sources, but the vast majority comes directly from you registering as a user through a Facebook or Google+ login, ads or other Services. Typically, the information we collect about you is related to the type of device you use, the level of access you may have to the app, and tracking purchases made. The information may include data that you submit when you create an account with us or data that you allow us to access when you connect to your social media accounts through our games or Services. We may also collect information from advertising platforms, partners and other third parties, such as information about your purchases and interests.

Publicity and promotion
We promote our own games and services in various ways. This may include cross-promoting one of our games while enjoying another one we have also made. This also includes advertising our games on websites and other media published by other entities and sending marketing material via email.
To avoid seeing advertising you can: Open the Google settings application > Advertising > Activate “Exclude personalized advertising”

3. HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION WE HAVE ABOUT YOU?

We, our suppliers, may use the information we collect from you for various purposes. These goals include offering you our games and other services, optimizing the games and services we offer you, enabling in-app purchases, saving your progress in our games, enabling social media integration, and offering you customer support when you need it. Finally, there may be other reasons why we need to use your information, such as for record keeping or to protect our legal rights.

4. TALK

Some of our Services include player-to-player chat functionality. Users of our chat service(s) may send messages to other registered users. We also reserve the right to prevent you from using our chat service(s) or block you from sending any messages for any reason. We will not use the content of your chat messages for any other purpose.
